Shanghai Snow!

Sinosplice reports of a big snow dump in the city of Shanghai! It’s awesome to see such a phenomenon at sea level! Typically, it’s butt-cold at this time of year and in years past, a slight dusting of snow would be a delight. When you see this much snow fall, the first thing to do is make snow angels!
